Two sets of plain files: every employment-based date in the Visa Bulletin since December 2001, and each USCIS report of pending employment-based green card applications we have kept since February 2024. Both come from U.S. government publications, and you can reuse them for anything.

Visa Bulletin dates since December 2001

294 bulletins, December 2001 to October 2026, in one CSV file of 8,540 rows: Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing for EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-3 Other Workers.

USCIS I-485 inventory since February 2024

29 reports, February 2024 to August 2026, as the original USCIS spreadsheets and as one CSV file of 218,559 rows. USCIS replaces this report about once a month and removes older editions from its site.

Reuse and citation

The Visa Bulletin and the USCIS reports are works of the U.S. government and are in the public domain (17 U.S.C. § 105). We publish our CSV files under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0): you can use them for anything, including commercial work, if you credit My Path to Citizenship and link to this page. The original USCIS spreadsheets are public domain and carry no license from us.
